I know how hard it can be, being neurodivergent, and not having people who "get" it. this is a place where I am able to reach you one on one, listen to your personal story and what you're struggling with, and offer practical advice IF you want it (sometimes its just nice to have someone validate us and tell us it sucks!) the good, the bad and the ugly. ive seen it all, because I've lived it all. differently than you, but too much the same. hearing from someone who "gets" it because they've gone through it themselves can be really helpful to those who carry any shame. (anyone else high masking?) these sessions can go however you want: I will begin and say hello and introduce myself and probably ask how you are doing. then, I will ask you what brings you here. you have the opportunity to speak as much or as little as you wish. I will ask you if you want someone to listen, or if you want advice. I may ask you questions about your situation to help me get a clearer feeling. you may ask me questions, too. if you aren't sure if this service is right for you, or if you want to communicate beforehand, email mgmt@paigelayle.ca with any questions you have.
